• This is a simple, single individual, repair facility. No forms to fill out or repair authorization paperwork. When sending in your airgun for repair, just include your name, phone number and email address and if needed a note regarding any special concerns you have. All repairs are done in a thorough and complete basic cleaning and rebuild and not a piecemeal approach to a single issue. That way nothing is likely to be overlooked and another part failure occurs soon after the initial repair. Everything needed to get your airgun back in top mechanical condition will be addressed.
• Pricing reflects the basic cost of cleaning, seal and or pump piston replacement, valve and or piercing assembly rebuild, Missing, broken or worn out parts not replaced in the basic rebuild service will be additional if needed.
• Expected turnaround time is two weeks from the time the item is received at the repair facility.
• All return shipments will be sent by USPS Priority Mail with basic insurance of $100.00 provided. If you want full insurance coverage you should specify such as part of your included contact information packaged with the product.
• NO PARTS SALES . Parts are provided on guns sent in for repair only.
• NO AIRSOFT REPAIRS.
• NO DAISY REPAIRS.
• NO HATSAN WORK OR REPAIRS.
• For any airguns not listed in the pricing information, costs would have to be determined after the gun has been received and inspected as parts are not stocked for unlisted models and the costs are not known.
